Increasingly, experts emphasise that severe, cycle‑disrupting pain and symptoms are a sign that your body needs support – not something you just have to push through. Your menstrual cycle is not a problem you have to survive. It is an intelligent biological rhythm. It is a compass. It is a source of power – once you understand it. In the Rhythm of a Woman workshop, we explore the cycle as a four‑phase rhythm instead of “those few awful days every month”. You’ll get grounded, practical education on hormones, the nervous system and energy, and how they dance together – so you can stop fighting your body and start working with it. What we explore in the workshop (EN) ✨ During Rhythm of a Woman, we look at: ✨ what is really happening in your body through the lens of a cyclical “Rita Chakra” – seeing each phase of your cycle as a different internal season with its own strengths and needs ✨ how hormones, the nervous system and your energy interact – why you feel outgoing and focused at some times and sensitive, slower or withdrawn at others, and how stress or dysregulation can intensify PMS and pain ✨ how to adapt nutrition, movement and lifestyle to each phase – foundations of cycle syncing: types of movement, workout intensity, pacing your workload and rest, plus nutritional focus across the cycle ✨ how PMS, pain and emotional chaos can become information – not punishment – starting to read symptoms as feedback and knowing when it’s important to consult a medical professional This is not just another “feel‑good story”.
