Looking for something that combines acrobatics, martial arts techniques, rhythm, and tradition? Want to feel the energy of Brazil in the heart of Pula? We have the perfect opportunity for you! The Youth Center of Pula is proud to host the Pula Capoeira Club – Pula – Jacobina Arte Croatia at two exclusive sessions: join us on October 23 and 30, starting at 11 AM, at the Youth Center of Pula premises. You'll be guided through this unique Afro-Brazilian art, which originated as early as the 16th century as a symbol of freedom and community, by the experienced Pula native Teo Koller, known in the capoeira world as Instrutor Tagarelo. Inside the traditional circle – the roda – through play, rhythm, and mutual respect, you'll learn the basics of martial arts movements and self-defense, impressive acrobatics, as well as traditional instrument playing, singing, and clapping. The program is completely open and suitable for both younger and older ages – no previous experience is required at all. Come, get moving, feel the rhythm, and become part of this wonderful tradition. See you in the circle!
