POLI(S)TOPOGRAPHY: COLLECTIVE BIOGRAPHY THROUGH PUBLIC SPACE.

The first workshop of Trešnjevački imaginariji will take place on 15 February, from 10 AM to 1 PM. 🔥 POLI(S)TOPOGRAPHY: COLLECTIVE BIOGRAPHY THROUGH PUBLIC SPACE The workshop is led by Carlo Sella, and applications are open until 9 February at: tresnjevka.imaginaries@yahoo.com. 👉✉️ The workshop will be held in English with a translator present, making it accessible to participants with different levels of English. 🌍 ​ The poli(s)topography workshop is conceived as a participatory performance practice that explores the relationship between identity, public space and storytelling. Through a series of creative and reflective tasks – movement, words and leaving traces in space – participants will investigate, in dialogue with their surroundings, how space shapes us and how we, in turn, shape it. 🚶‍♀️🚧 Here, public space is not a neutral backdrop but an active partner that holds personal and collective stories. The workshop starts from the idea that identity is polyphonic, fluid and deeply intertwined with the landscapes we inhabit. 🗺️ ​ The workshop is open to everyone – no previous experience in performance, dance or writing is required. Curiosity, a willingness to move and an interest in thinking about the neighbourhood together are enough. The outcome will be a shared performance archive: a collection of texts, memories and experiences emerging from the encounter between bodies and the public spaces of Trešnjevka. 📖🤝 See you there! 💛
