With it, you learn everything: line, light, shadow, proportion. Charcoal is raw, direct and forgiving – every stroke can be smudged, erased and created again, like a fresh start on paper.
Drawing with charcoal is the foundation of almost every other visual art technique, from painting to sculpture, because it brings us back to the basics: observation, expression and a sense of form. In this workshop, we explore how to pull light out of darkness and how a few strokes can become a face, a hand or an entire scene.
In the relaxed atmosphere of Koncept, we learn to see the world through an artist’s eyes – no pressure, no grades, just good vibes, experimentation and play.
