Ecstatic Dance

◈ ECSTATIC DANCE CROATIA – CARNIVAL RITUAL OF DANCE & SOUND ◈ We’re entering the carnival season – a time when we put on masks, dance, make noise and symbolically chase away winter and what no longer serves us. You’re invited to an evening with Ecstatic Dance Croatia where, through free movement, tribal beats and sound healing, we release the old and plant seeds of new possibilities. ◈ WARM UP – Tamara Curić Tamara Curić, dance pedagogue and project leader at Udruga 741, will gently guide us into free, creative movement. Her work focuses on integrating dance into everyday life as a tool for cultivating openness, awareness, wholeness and creativity – both in individuals and in the community. ◈ DJ SET – Indra Indra will take us on a journey through tribal sounds and ecstatic peaks, with subtle feminine energy and deep sensitivity to the dancers, shaping the emotional arc of the dance floor with her musical vision. ◈ SOUND HEALING – Vasyl Ros We’ll land the evening with a sound bath: Vasyl Ros will deepen the process using didgeridoo, flutes and gong, allowing powerful vibrations to support integration, grounding and nervous system relaxation. 📅 Time: Saturday, 21 February 2026, 6:30–9:30 pm 📍 Location: Hercegovačka 111, Zagreb Ecstatic Dance is a sound‑based, experiential journey and a form of free movement, community connection and soul play – a space to dance without talking, without judgement and without substances, fully present in your body. After the warm‑up, the DJ set guides an emotional transformation, and the closing sound bath weaves everything together into a safe, sacred space for authenticity and freedom.
