🌊 Flumica – a Bowl on a Stone from the Rječina River 🪨
We invite you to a truly special, protected author project: the “Flumica – Bowl on a Stone from Rječina” workshop in our new, larger studio space at Svilno 110. In this session we bring together clay and local landscape – on natural pebbles gathered from the Rječina river, you will build small bowls that carry both the spirit of the river and your own story.
This workshop is part of our “Greeting Winter” cycle: while we are waiting for lighter, warmer days, we meet in a studio that is anything but cold. Expect a warm, creative and soothing atmosphere, with clay work that feels almost therapeutic – slowing you down, calming the mind and grounding you in the present moment.

✨ What will we do in the “Flumica” workshop?
you’ll choose pebbles from the Rječina river and build small bowls on top of them from clay
you’ll explore balance, composition and the dialogue between stone and ceramic – each piece is a tiny sculpture
you’ll decorate the surface with carved lines, imprints or delicate reliefs, or keep it minimal and quiet – it’s your choice
After the session, we take care of drying, firing, glazing and the second firing; you’ll collect your finished Flumica later, at an agreed time.
