What you do

Age group: 11–18 years What will we do? At the “Junior Chef – Flavours of the World” workshop, participants will cook popular dishes such as tacos, pizzas, tortillas, and tapas. They will learn key techniques for making doughs and fillings, discover how to combine spices and ingredients, and see how the same ingredient can look completely different in various world cuisines. What’s included? 👨‍🍳 Cooking under the guidance of a professional chef, tailored to teenagers. 🥗 All necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment provided on site. 🍽️ Tasting and enjoying all dishes prepared during the workshop. Note: The menu is indicative and may change depending on the chef’s inspiration.
