🌀 Clay Encounters: Parent & Child – Creating a Cup or Bowl Together ☕
We are excited to welcome you to new Clay Encounters: Parent & Child sessions in our new, larger studio space at Svilno 110. As we wait for warmer and sunnier days, this cycle is called “Greeting Winter” – but inside the studio it will be anything but cold: expect a warm, creative and nurturing atmosphere designed for quality time between parent and child. Working with clay is naturally therapeutic and calming, and our thoughtful approach helps you relax, slow down and share a truly meaningful experience.
In this session, parent and child co‑create one cup or bowl, sharing decisions about shape, surface and decoration. The parent gently supports, while the child becomes the main little maker – touching, shaping, pressing patterns and discovering how good it feels to create something real with their hands.

💛 What happens in the session?
a gentle introduction to clay and to what you’ll be making, explained in a child‑friendly way
together you shape a cup or bowl, step by step, guided by the instructor
you add decoration: imprinted textures, carved lines, little handles or details
after the session, we take care of drying, firing and finishing; you pick up your finished piece later, at an agreed time
✨ IMPORTANT:
no previous experience is needed – this is for anyone curious to try clay and spend quality time away from screens
groups are small and intimate, so pre‑registration is required
the focus is on: slowing down, bonding, playful learning and creating a keepsake you can actually use
