The Spring Sushi Workshop is perfect for curious young foodies who love trying new flavours and getting hands‑on in the kitchen. In a safe, supportive setting, kids discover how to turn simple ingredients into fun, colourful sushi rolls that look as good as they taste.
👩🍳 What will the little chefs do?
get to know kid‑friendly sushi ingredients (rice, veggies, tuna/salmon if agreed, seaweed or “open” rolls)
learn how to prepare and shape sushi rice
use bamboo mats to roll their first maki rolls, slice them and plate them nicely
through stories and play, explore Japanese culture, table manners and healthy eating habits
The workshop is paced for children – the focus is on fun, creativity and pride in what they make, not on perfect restaurant‑style sushi.
