Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends dance, acrobatics, music and play, traditionally practiced in a circle called roda with live instruments and songs. This mini capoeira workshop is a friendly, beginner‑level introduction where participants explore movement, rhythm and partner interaction in a safe, playful way. 💃🕺
You will learn the basic capoeira step – ginga – along with a few simple kicks, escapes and partner games tailored for total beginners. Through music and call‑and‑response songs, kids and adults experience capoeira as a living culture and community practice rather than a rigid workout. 🎵
