We invite you to an educational spring walk on Eastern Medvednica, guided by a biologist, ecologist and herbalist, where we’ll learn to look at nature more carefully and more deeply. During this easy walk, suitable for all ages who can stay on their feet for the planned duration, we will explore: 🌿 medicinal and wild edible spring plants and how to recognise them safely 🌱 which early spring plants people have traditionally used for food and health (like nettle, dandelion, wild garlic) ​ 🔍 how trees begin their spring life cycle and what happens inside them at this time of year 🐾 tracks and signs of forest animals and how to spot them in the wild 🌳 how spending time in the forest improves attention, calms the nervous system and deepens our relationship with nature.
