Organized by the Istrian Psychological Society, this program is designed for individuals working with children and youth across all levels of the education system in the Istria County. The goal is to raise awareness and educate participants while encouraging them through practical activities to consciously and actively regulate stress levels in daily life. The program contributes to strengthening the mental health and psychological well-being of professionals through preventive, educational, and supportive activities aimed at reducing professional stress and burnout risk, as well as developing individual and collective protective factors. The planned cycle of workshops will take place every Tuesday from October 13 to November 10, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Youth Center in Pula. The maximum number of participants is 18. The program consists of five group meetings of a workshop type, which include active participation of attendees in practical exercises, discussions, and reflection.
