What you do

This workshop is designed both for trained massage therapists and complete beginners who wish to learn a simple yet highly effective massage technique. 🧘‍♂️ You’ll explore Shiro Abhyanga, the traditional Indian head massage based on marma points, finishing with chakra balancing. During this treatment, 37 of the 108 marma points are stimulated, enhancing the flow of energy through body systems. Indian head massage releases tension, relieves stress, improves circulation, and nourishes the scalp and hair. 🌸 It can be performed anywhere, over clothing, and is suitable for everyone – including pregnant women, elderly people, and children.
