Intuitive Frequencies workshop: heart alchemy 💖🎨🎶 This workshop invites you into a space where your heart becomes the main guide. Through intuitive drawing, mindful movement and subtle sound, you tune into what your heart feels in this very moment and allow it to express itself beyond words – through colour, line, rhythm and breath. By entering into a gentle dialogue with your own artworks, you deepen your understanding of yourself and your needs, explore where you wish to expand further, which parts of you need more tenderness, and what is softly holding you back from fully opening your heart. The workshop offers a safe, nurturing space for those who want to slow down, feel, release and take a small but honest step towards greater inner clarity and self-acceptance.

What you take home

A set of unique drawings and visual notes that reflect the current state of your heart – a personal “map” of your inner frequencies.

Individual instructor

Melissa Mathematician, musician and artist deeply interested in consciousness modalities. Intuitive frequencies are a way of exploring inner states through conscious attunement to what is happening in the body, emotions and perception in the present moment. Instead of analysis and words, we use drawing, movement and sound as tools for expressing and releasing the frequencies present within us, opening space for deeper self-understanding and authentic communication.
