Serious question: which team are you on – pie or strudel? At our sweet Pie & Strudel Workshop, you won’t have to choose – you’ll get to enjoy both, in delicious plant-based and wholefood versions. In a relaxed setting, you will learn how to turn classic desserts into more nutritious recipes, without losing what we love most: the fragrance, crunch and comforting sweetness. With chef Željka Fordren Jambrešić, we’ll be making: 🥧 Crispy apple and goji berry pie 🥧 Hazelnut tartlets with homemade forest fruit jam 🥧 Fried sweet almond rolls 🥧 Homemade tofu and poppy seed strudel in a pear sauce The workshop takes place on 18 February, from 5 PM to 7 PM, with mandatory registration at info@makronova.com.
