Through drawing, movement and guided introspective exercises, we explore your unique patterns of movement: where you get stuck, speed up, turn away or circle back, and what these patterns reveal about your desires, fears and priorities. ​ You’ll get to know your “inner vectors”: the energies and intentions quietly directing your choices, often beneath conscious awareness.
