🌿 You Walk Through Nature — But Have No Idea What You’re Looking At?
Most people walk past food and medicinal plants every day without noticing them. Not because plants are complicated, but because no one ever taught them how to look. This workshop changes that.
This is not just another walk. It’s an experience after which you won’t be able to ignore nature anymore. You’ll learn directly in the field – in forests, meadows and along paths – guided by an expert who has worked with wild and medicinal plants for years.
🌱 What will you do in the workshop?
You will:
🌿 learn to recognise wild edible and medicinal spring plants in real life, not from social media or random internet photos
✅ understand how to use them safely – what’s edible, what to avoid, which parts to harvest and when
👃 explore plants through touch, smell and taste (yes, some spring leaves are surprisingly sweet!)
🌿 try raw wild plants, even nettle – without getting stung, using the right techniques
🧠 reset your nervous system in nature – a few hours outside can calm you more than a whole week of rest
🧘 slow down with short meditative exercises in nature
🐾 learn how to notice animal tracks and subtle signs around you
🫗 taste herbal preparations and healthy snacks
The result? You’ll no longer walk “blindly”. You’ll know what grows around you and how to use it, becoming more self‑reliant in at least one area of your life and turning every walk into pleasure and nourishment.
You’ll also receive an e‑book and concrete field notes you can use later – a small handbook to keep building on.
