👶 FIRST MOVES – EXPLORING THE WORLD 🌍
Facilitator: Matea Vitik
Price: 40 €
All workshops are held in small, intimate groups of 8–10 parents and babies, so Matea can personally attend to each pair, offer support and create a space where every emotion, every cry and every smile is welcome.
👶 For babies 4–6 months and their parents
After the first months of adaptation, babies start to explore their bodies and the world around them more actively: rolling, reaching for toys, joining their hands, watching their feet, cooing and seeking eye contact. This is a phase where the foundations of motor, sensory and emotional development are built through play, exploration and closeness. The workshop is designed for babies between 4 and 6 months, right at the moment when they truly begin to “explore the world”.
✨ What we do in the workshop
Through a mix of hands‑on practice, observation and shared exploration, you will learn how to:
support your baby in rolling and finding stability on their side and tummy 🌀
encourage hand–eye coordination through reaching, grasping and exploring toys,
nurture attention, curiosity and focus using simple prompts and activities (movement, sound, colors),
talk about changes in feeding, the start of solids and the importance of body position while feeding,
support sensory development – touch, hearing, vision and balance – with gentle, easy‑to‑repeat activities at home.
Alongside the practical work with babies, we also address daily life topics: shifts in daily rhythm, sleep and feeding, and ways for parents to remain as calm, confident and connected as possible during this phase.
👨👩👧 Who is it for?
For parents and babies between 4 and 6 months, regardless of whether the baby was born on time or earlier. The workshop is held in a warm, supportive environment where all questions, pauses for feeding or changing and baby cries are completely welcome.
