👶 FIRST MOVES – EXPLORING & MOVING 🌍
Facilitator: Matea Vitik
Price: 40 €
All workshops are held in small, intimate groups of 8–10 parents and babies, so Matea can personally attend to each family, offer support and create a space where every emotion, every cry and every smile is welcome.
👶 For babies 6–9 months and their parents
Between 6 and 9 months, babies become little explorers – they roll, try to sit, slide, scoot, crawl and move toward objects that interest them. Each new movement is a step towards greater independence and confidence, while daily rhythm, sleep, feeding and communication with parents are also changing. This workshop gives you space to explore new movement phases with your baby, learn how to support them and how to create a safe, stimulating environment for natural development.
✨ What we do in the workshop
Through play, movement and observation you will learn how to:
support the transition from lying to sitting, crawling and free movement in space 🌀
build core stability and weight‑bearing on hands and knees (preparation for crawling),
encourage fine motor skills through grasping, handling and exploring different objects and textures,
notice how your baby communicates, shows interest and learns through play with you and the environment,
talk about sleep rhythm, changes in breastfeeding or feeding and your baby’s growing need to explore,
support independence and a sense of safety through movement and interaction with you.
With practical work and shared observation, parents gain new insights, ideas and skills they can easily apply at home – in everyday, simple moments on the floor, during feeding, changing or cuddling.
👨👩👧 Who is it for?
For parents and babies between 6 and 9 months – whether your baby is just starting to sit, beginning to move across the floor, or already exploring every corner of the room. Sessions happen in a safe, supportive environment where all emotions, rhythms and baby needs are welcome.
