The School was created by Jadranka Boban Pejić, a leading expert in natural and macrobiotic nutrition, who has been developing this concept since 1989 and continuously refining it in line with modern nutritional insights.
All cooking is done with high‑quality organic ingredients. Each day at the School starts with breakfast, and you’ll prepare one complete meal plus a variety of smaller dishes for tasting – soups, stews, grain dishes, vegetable dishes, breads and naturally sweetened desserts. 🌾🍠
Teaching is done through demonstration and tasting, with occasional hands‑on participation, so you can watch each step, ask questions and understand the “why” behind every technique.
