Makronova’s Cooking School is a comprehensive 4‑weekend programme that takes you through all key aspects of natural, wholefood cooking – from grains, vegetables and legumes to fermented foods, bread, desserts, gluten‑free dishes and smoothies. 🥦🍲 You’ll learn how to create meals that support vitality, balance and everyday wellbeing for you and your family, using seasonal, organic ingredients. The School was created by Jadranka Boban Pejić, a leading expert in natural and macrobiotic nutrition, who has been developing this concept since 1989 and continuously refining it in line with modern nutritional insights. ​ All cooking is done with high‑quality organic ingredients.
