🌺🍷 Red Poppies – art & wine, Saturday 2 May, 17:00–19:00 On Saturday 2 May from 17:00 to 19:00 at Zagrebačka 21, we’ll be painting red meadow poppies, flowers that symbolise both the month of May and workers’ struggles for social justice since the 19th century. These strong yet delicate blooms are the central theme of our art & wine evening – a mix of spring softness and a quiet nod to history. 🎨 What you will do start with a short intro to the story behind red poppies – from fields to posters choose your own poppy motif (single flower, bouquet, poppy field, poppy in wheat, etc.); no copying, each painting is unique with Tara’s step‑by‑step guidance, you’ll build your painting: background, horizon, stems, petals and the dark poppy centre, plus final highlights focus on relaxing into colour, gesture and atmosphere, rather than on rigid realism You relax, enjoy your drink and paint, while Tara makes sure everyone leaves with beautiful poppies on their canvas. 💶 Price & what’s included price from 27 € per person includes canvas, all paints and materials, plus a drink to help you unwind no prior experience or special talent required – all you need is a love of colour and spring motifs limited capacity, so booking in advance is necessary
