The workshop is organized by Makronova Zagreb.
How often do you pause and truly reflect on your relationship with life and the “cards” you have been dealt? Do you consciously look for ways to enrich your everyday life and find more happiness, satisfaction, and meaning in it?
We find happiness and satisfaction in the things we love to do, but even more so in a deeper perspective on life that fulfills us and in the way we deal with its challenges.
During the workshop, we will explore the following topics:
What are happiness and satisfaction, and what is the difference between these two feelings.
How to cultivate feelings of happiness and pleasure in everyday situations.
What truly makes us feel satisfied in life, beyond “external” achievements.
How to build a fulfilled and meaningful life, not just a “good day”.
How not to let life’s challenges break us, but instead grow stronger through them.
Concrete, practical steps towards more happiness and satisfaction in daily life.
The workshop is intended for everyone who wishes to explore themselves more deeply in search of meaning, happiness, satisfaction, and passion for life, regardless of age or life stage.
Participants will become aware of the key components of a happy and satisfying life and receive practical, personalized guidelines that they can immediately start applying to increase satisfaction in their everyday experience.
