The pairing of cherries and chocolate is a timeless favourite, and in this workshop you will explore the classic Black Forest cake alongside its refined white version made with white chocolate. On the menu are a cherry and dark chocolate layer cake and a cherry and white chocolate layer cake, with a focus on texture, flavour balance and elegant decoration.
The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all necessary ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class, and detailed recipes for all desserts prepared.
