Pastry is a blend of science and a little bit of magic, and in this workshop you will discover how ingredients, textures and colours create special “wow” effects in desserts. We will experiment with a chocolate magic cake, chocolate soil, a cheesecake‑style cake and honeycomb (caramelised sponge) to explore the reactions and techniques behind modern pastries.
The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all necessary ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the session, and detailed recipes for every dessert you make. Places are limited to ensure high‑quality learning and an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
