Course for dessert lovers: Pâte à choux – cream puffs

Pâte à choux is a classic French dough that forms the base of cream puffs, but also many other elegant desserts and savoury bites. In this workshop, you will learn how to make perfect choux pastry, rich pastry cream and homemade nut praliné paste with hazelnuts and almonds – just like in a professional pastry kitchen. During the class you will prepare choux dough, praliné paste (hazelnut and almond) and pastry cream, and you will taste everything you make in the cozy atmosphere of the Academy. The workshop price (70 €) includes small-group work with guidance from experienced, award-winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the workshop and detailed recipes for all desserts. Places are limited to ensure high-quality teaching and an individual approach to each participant, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
