During the “When Silence Speaks” workshop, we gently slow down and step into the space between breaths, the pause between thoughts. That is where insight, clarity and meaning arise. We will practice observing thoughts without judgment, letting them come and go like clouds in the sky, instead of being pulled into every story they tell. 🌥️
As you rest in this conscious presence, you create room for what has been quietly calling you from within – a new direction, a long-awaited decision, or simply deeper peace with what is.

Mindful breathing – noticing the stillness between inhale and exhale
Observing thoughts without judgment – building inner quiet and space
Tuning into intuition and distinguishing it from fear or inner criticism
Reflecting on where you need support and how to invite it into your life
In the closing part of the workshop, we will enter a guided meditation with cypress essential oil, traditionally associated with emotional resilience, transitions and inner stability. 🌲 It supports us in times of change, helping us release what no longer serves us and trust the next step.
