🧩 Parenting workshop: Boundaries without yelling – clear limits, less conflict, more connection
This workshop is for parents who want to set clear boundaries without shouting, threats or harsh punishments – and without losing connection with their child. We focus on real‑life situations and tools you can apply immediately at home: how to phrase a rule, how to follow through, what to do when a child tests the limit, and how to repair the relationship after conflict.
The format combines short inputs, small‑group work and practice on your own examples. Each participant leaves with a personal “mini‑plan” for 1–2 boundaries they want to introduce or strengthen, including exact phrases to use and concrete steps for implementation.
We will work through:
how to set a rule that is realistic and enforceable (clear, age‑appropriate, specific)
the difference between a boundary, a demand and a wish (what is non‑negotiable, what is flexible)
how to state consequences in advance and apply them calmly, without drama
how to stop endless explanations and draining negotiations
what to do when your child refuses to cooperate: tantrums, defiance, ignoring, “I won’t”
how active listening reduces resistance and builds trust
how to repair the relationship after a conflict and reconnect
how parents can keep their own boundaries around fatigue, guilt and fear of being a “bad parent”
The workshop is suitable for parents of children of all ages who want fewer daily power struggles, more consistency and a calmer home – without sacrificing closeness and warmth.
