Course content
- Fundamentals of professional cosmetic product formulation
- Basic categories of cosmetic ingredients (base ingredients, functional ingredients, cosmeceuticals, aromaceuticals, additives)
- Protecting cosmetic products from spoilage (hygiene of the workspace and equipment, antioxidants, preservatives, pH determination, and appropriate packaging selection)
Cosmetic preparations made by each participant:
- Complex emulsions with different types of emulsifiers (day and night facial care cream, W/O facial care fluid)
- Gels (eye-area gel, gel-to-milk products)
- Anhydrous products (superfood face mask, anti-age serum)
- Cleansing products (complex shower gel, shower bar, facial cleansing mousse)
- Hair care products (solid shampoo, complex hair conditioner)
- Exfoliants (chemical anti-age peel with AHA acids)
- Deodorant stick
Duration: The course lasts 10 sunny hours. 6 hours per day. Each participant makes all types of preparations and can take them home. Each participant receives a handbook with theoretical material and formulations. Upon completion of the course, you receive a certificate of participation and gain lasting contact with Basium Cosmetics, through which you will receive news in the field of natural cosmetics as well as expert advice for your future work in this field.
