Explore the world of steamed and fried East Asian bites that impress with their simplicity and flavour. In this hands‑on workshop, you will learn how to make dumpling dough, shape dumplings and balance fillings and cooking methods for perfect texture. ​ The menu includes Har Gow (shrimp dumplings), Guo Tie (Chinese pan‑fried dumplings) and Gyoza (Japanese dumplings), along with tips for steaming and pan‑frying so they stay juicy inside and crisp on the outside. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and recipes for all dishes prepared. Places are limited to ensure high‑quality teaching and an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on ingredient availability and the chef’s inspiration.
