From mixing the dough to filling and shaping, this workshop covers everything you need to know about homemade pasta. You will learn how to make smooth, elastic dough, roll it out properly and shape it into different forms suitable for everyday meals and special occasions. ​ The menu features ricotta and spinach ravioli, classic lasagne and lavender tortellini, along with practical tips and tricks for creating various shapes and dough types. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and recipes for all dishes prepared. Places are limited to ensure high‑quality teaching and an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
