Risotto is one of the most demanding yet most rewarding dishes when made with care, proper technique and a good stock. In this workshop, you will learn how to achieve the ideal creamy texture, al dente bite and deep flavour in every version you cook. ​ The menu features veal risotto, black risotto, veggie risotto and goat’s‑milk risotto, showcasing different styles, flavour pairings and options for various dietary preferences. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and recipes for all dishes prepared. Places are limited to ensure high‑quality teaching and an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
