Kataifi pastry is most often associated with baklava, but its thin, crispy texture makes it a perfect base for modern, creative desserts. In this workshop, you will explore contemporary interpretations inspired by Arabic cuisine and see just how versatile kataifi can be.
On the menu are kataifi waffles with lemon, hazelnut and pistachio, kataifi cones filled with vanilla cream, and kataifi nests with blueberries and cheese – three desserts that blend tradition with a modern pastry twist. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group work with guidance from experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the workshop, detailed recipes and tasting of all desserts in the cozy atmosphere of the Academy. Places are limited to ensure high‑quality teaching and an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
