Sweet Escape - praline workshop

At this new intensive workshop at the Chocolate Museum Zagreb, you will learn the secrets of making perfect pralines – from tempering to filling and decorating – and, under the expert guidance of Ružica Božić Cerovac, create your own box of pralines to take home in a relaxed, sweet atmosphere. ​ Five to six hours of creative work, chocolate and pure enjoyment make this workshop the perfect sweet escape for true chocolate lovers, from the very first introduction to different types of chocolate to the final decorating and tasting of your handmade pralines.
