At this new Makronova workshop, Vladimira Vlatka Frketić will show you step by step how to make nourishing snacks from whole, plant‑based ingredients, perfect for work, travel and all the busy moments in between.
Makronova workshops are based on demonstration & tasting – you watch, learn and take notes, and then taste every dish, so you know exactly how to use the recipes in your everyday routine.

🌱 Seed crackers with walnut and sun‑dried tomato spread – crunchy, rich in good fats, great on their own or with soup

Vlatka is a long‑time Makronova cooking teacher, focused on organic, wholefood, plant‑based recipes that support everyday health and balanced energy. Her workshops are known for being down‑to‑earth, practical and easy to apply in real life.

if you cancel 3 days before the workshop or later, the fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable
you can transfer your payment to another workshop only if you notify Makronova at least 3 days before the event
you may transfer your spot to another person you find yourself, provided they are already registered for the programme
