PIZZA CHEF is an intensive professional training designed for pizza chefs and culinary professionals who want to master advanced pizza techniques and optimise their kitchen workflow. Over four days of hands‑on practice you will:
refine dough, fermentation and baking skills
explore different pizza styles
learn how to increase consistency, speed and profitability.
Training covers:
working with different types of dough (classic, long‑fermented, various thicknesses, stuffed crusts) and pizza ovens
recipe development, costing and standardisation
full pizza process: from ingredient selection to service
hands‑on preparation of classic pizza styles
developing your own signature pizza and building a pizza menu (menu & a la carte)
preparing fresh toppings, sauces and add‑ons using traditional and modern techniques
stock optimisation and purchasing planning
organising and leading the pizza team (head pizza chef, pizzaiolo, assistants).
