✨ Breath & Gong Workshop – From Breath to Stillness
You’re invited to a gentle yet powerful workshop designed to slow you down, reconnect you with your breath and bring you back to yourself. In Studio BeFit, at Samoborska 63 (entrance from Z. Šulentić park), we’ll dedicate one hour to calming the nervous system, relaxing the body and finding inner quiet.
🌬️ Part One – Guided Breathing
We’ll start with guided breathwork. Through simple, gentle techniques, you will learn how to:
breathe correctly, softly and consciously
use your breath as a tool to calm the body and mind
come back to the present moment whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed
🔔 Part Two – Deep Relaxation with Gong
After breathing, we move into deep relaxation with gong sound. Your body can surrender to the vibrations, the mind slows down, and a space of silence and inner peace opens naturally. You simply lie down or sit comfortably, listen, and let the sound wash over you.
🌿 Good to know:
🌿 no prior experience with breathwork, yoga or gong is required
🌿 wear comfortable clothes and come ready to pause and unplug for an hour

Ana Benko – gong practitioner, guiding sound baths and meditations with gong and other instruments
