The combination of two American classics – cookies and brownies – has given rise to the irresistible “brookie”, a must‑try dessert for true chocolate lovers. In this workshop, you will learn how to make a rich brownie, an XXL cookie and a brookie, along with practical tips for perfect texture and deep chocolate flavour.
On the menu are brownie, XXL cookie and brookie, and everything you bake will be tasted in the cozy atmosphere of the Academy. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group work with guidance from experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the workshop and detailed recipes. Places are limited to ensure an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
