Cooking lovers’ course: CHICKEN ACADEMY

A workshop entirely dedicated to chicken will show you just how versatile this ingredient can be – from flavourful soups and creamy risottos to main courses and crispy bites. You will learn different preparation and cooking techniques, how to season properly and how to pair chicken with sides for a balanced, home‑style meal. ​ The menu features stuffed chicken roulade, creamy chicken risotto, silky chicken cream soup and crispy chicken croquettes – dishes you can easily integrate into family lunches or dinners with friends. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and recipes for all dishes prepared. You will take home new skills, written recipes and the dishes you cook yourself, while the limited number of places ensures high‑quality teaching and an individual approach to every participant. The program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
