What you do

Learn how different marinades bring depth, layered flavour and juiciness to both meat and fish. During the workshop, you will explore spice‑based, citrus and yoghurt marinades that you can easily adapt to your own everyday cooking. The menu includes pork neck in an aromatic Asian‑style marinade, salmon in a refreshing citrus marinade and yoghurt‑marinated chicken for extra tender meat. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and recipes for all dishes prepared. You will take home new skills, written recipes and the dishes you cook yourself, while the limited number of places ensures high‑quality teaching and an individual approach to every participant. The program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
