On the menu are Tart Tatin (France), apple strudel (Austria), apple crumble (United Kingdom) and apple cobbler (USA) – a delicious journey for all dessert lovers looking to expand their baking repertoire. The workshop price (70 €) includes small-group work with guidance from experienced, award-winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the workshop and detailed recipes for every dessert you prepare. After baking, you will enjoy tasting all the sweets in the cozy atmosphere of the Academy, and the number of spots is limited to ensure high-quality work and an individual approach to each participant. Please note: The workshop program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
