Macarons are elegant French pastries made with almond flour and a delicate creamy filling sandwiched between two crisp shells. During this workshop, you will master the technique of creating perfectly smooth macaron shells and preparing a variety of fillings.
The program includes making macaron shells and fillings based on ganache, fruit purées and flavourings, with a focus on colour, texture and stability. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and detailed recipes for all desserts prepared. Participants will take home both the knowledge and recipes, as well as the macarons they make themselves, with tasting in the cosy ambience of the Academy, and places are limited to ensure high‑quality teaching and an individual approach for each attendee. The workshop program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
