What you do

Quick, eye‑catching and layered desserts in a glass are perfect for breakfast, a snack or an elegant finish to dinner. In this workshop, different textures and flavours will be combined into visually appealing layers that impress both at first sight and with every bite. The menu includes granola & chia parfait, a rich pistachio trifle and a dark chocolate and rum mousse – recipes that you can easily recreate at home. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all ingredients, materials and professional equipment, drinks during the class and detailed recipes for all desserts prepared. You will take home new skills, recipes and the desserts you make yourself, while the limited number of places ensures high‑quality teaching and an individual approach to every participant. The program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
