This yeasted dough workshop combines tradition with modern bakery favourites, taking you from a classic Croatian sirnica to crowd‑pleasers like cinnamon rolls and rich chocolate babka. You will learn how to mix, proof, shape and fill yeasted doughs to achieve soft, fluffy and aromatic baked goods every time.
On the menu: sirnica, cinnamon rolls and babka, all of which you will taste fresh from the oven in the cozy setting of the Academy. The workshop price (70 €) includes small‑group teaching with experienced, award‑winning pastry chefs, all ingredients and professional equipment, drinks during the class and detailed recipes for everything you bake. Places are limited to ensure an individual approach, and the program may be slightly adjusted depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and the chef’s creative inspiration.
